Canine Boarders:
Puppies under six months: 1 yr Rabies, 3 rounds of DHLPP, 2 Bordetellas
Over 6 months: 1 or 3 yr Rabies, 1 or 3 yr DHLPP, Bordetella given within the past 6 months of check-in
Feline Boarders:
Standard Feline vaccines are required: Rabies, FVRCP, FeLV (-), FeAids (-)
You are welcome to drop off any time during our scheduled hours.
We suggest checking in at least 2 hours before closing so your pet has time to settle in and
enjoy one last potty break before tuck-in.
Check-out hours are the same as our scheduled hours. If a departure Spa Service is requested please confirm your pickup time.

At Dallas Pet Den, we pride ourselves on offering the best pet care services in Lakewood/East Dallas for the past 23 years. We were the very first to bring the “Open Play” concept to DFW back in 1998. All of our staff is highly trained, certified in group play, and have multiple pets of their own. Our Reservation Specialist will be happy to explain our five daily activity packages to help keep your pup’s activities as close to home as possible. Please take advantage of our complimentary first visit so both you and your dog take a tour and meet the staff.
Yes! We are currently offering new guests a complimentary first day of daycare. This will allow you and your doggie a chance to come for a quick visit, take a tour, and meet the staff. We also offer a complimentary first night (3-night minimum) for our overnight guests.
Yes! We have Luxury Suites and Junior Suites that can easily accommodate multiple large dogs, and our Studios are generously sized to accommodate multiple smaller dogs. And we always offer a second doggie discount (same household required).
Yes! Our Zen Den can accommodate pets with special needs, including elderly, blind, deaf, 3-legged, or wheelchair. Please be sure to discuss your pet’s needs with our reservation specialist when booking your pet’s stay.
Yes! If your pet has prescription medications, please provide them in your pet’s respective prescription containers, along with clear directions, and our staff will administer them.
Yes, absolutely! It’s important for your pet to feel at home here, so you are more than welcome to bring his favorite toy or bedding from home. We just ask that you limit the number of toys/items to 3 per pet. And of course, please make sure the toy is not a choking hazard, breakable, or valuable.

No, we do not require a trial visit if your dog is friendly and socialized with other dogs. But we do offer a complimentary first day if you would just like to try us out.
All doggies are separated into 3 groups based on size, personality, and play style. Doggies enjoy our 10,000 sq ft indoor facility with anti-fatigue flooring and our 5,000 sq ft outdoor play yard with canine turf, kiddie pools, climbing structures, and lots of shade. And our indoor webcams are complementary for you to check in on your buddy.

Yes! We are happy to add Daycare to any Bathing or Grooming Spa Services. And if your doggie needs a training refresher, we can schedule an appointment with the teacher.
Should you need to change or cancel your reservations, please let us know 24 hours prior to your arrival for non-peak days and 48 hours prior for holiday reservations.
